Payment:

50% deposit required within 2 days of confirmation of reservation and the balance one month prior to arrival, unless the booking value is R1,500.00 in which case full payment is required.

Bookings are strictly reserved on a ‘first come – first served’ basis and only confirmed  once the deposit has been paid.

Only Electronic Fund Transfers and Cash Deposits are accepted. Bank details are supplied on the invoice.

Cancellation:

In the case of a reasonable notice  period for cancellation, i.e. 8 weeks, every effort will be made to fill the booking, but if unsuccessful then payment for all unoccupied days for the duration of the period originally booked will be payable and offset against any monies paid before a refund can be made. If a booking is made earlier than the 8 weeks and cancelled any refund will be entirely at the Owner’s discretion depending if the booked dates can be filled.

Where a refund does apply, a 10% cancellation fee on the total value of the booking is levied and the refund made once the replacement booking has been paid in full.

In the event of non-arrival or early departure all payments made will be entirely forfeited.

Any payment made is considered acceptance of the above conditions in their entirety.
